We didn't do this kraut just to be cool, when kale become a buzz food.  However, this really is a cool kraut that buzzes with groovy, green, goodness.  Kale, Kohlrabi, Turnip, Celeriac, Spring Onion and Parsley.  Add some salad greens and some seeds for a cracking salad.
