  • Cooking Instructions:

    1. Preheat Fan forced * Oven to 180°.

    2. Cover meatballs with foil. Pinching edges to seal.

    3. Cook meatballs for 30 minutes. Remove the Foil and cook for a further 15 minutes or until the meatballs are thoroughly cooked and the sauce has thickened.

    Recipe Note: *If using a conventional oven, you may need to increase the temperature or allow additional cooking time.

  • Cooking Instructions:

    1. Preheat the char grill barbeque to moderate heat.

    2. Cover Shashlicks for 6 - 8 minutes turning often until evenly browned.

    3. Remove to a warm plate and cover loosely with foil.

    4. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.

  • Cooking Instructions:

    1. Stir Mixture in a large non-stick pan for 5 minutes over high heat until chicken has browned and onion softened.

    2. Reduce heat to low. Add 400g can diced tomatoes and 2 cups water.

    3. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally until rice is tender and liquid absorbed.

    Serving Suggestion:

    • Serve sprinkled with fresh coriander leaves and toasted flaked almonds.

    2. Drizzle with a little olive oil. Add beef in small batches and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side. Remove each batch to a warmed plate once cooked. Repeat until all beef is cooked.
