This natural Rose wine was fermented using only the yeast naturally present in the grapes, with no additional ingredients or preservatives added. To maintain the authentic flavours of the Hunter Valley, it was bottled without the use of clarifying agents or unnecessary stabilizations and may exhibit signs of natural sediment. The wine was also made without any sulphites, and naturally contains a high level of CO2, giving it a slight spritz and dryness when young and extending its shelf life.
